Deep Healing
Are you ready for everything to change for the better?
What to expect in our coaching sessions:
I'm very good at getting underneath the problem you bring me and finding the deeper emotional wound that's actually driving it.
Sometimes it's exactly where you thought it would be.
And sometimes it's somewhere completely unexpected.
We might work with something from childhood, a painful relationship, rejection, abandonment, sexual or emotional abuse, shame, grief, or a belief about yourself you've carried for most of your life.
Things like:
I'm not enough.
I'm not lovable.
I'm too much.
I don't matter.
I'm responsible for everyone.
I can't trust myself.
Once we find the place that actually hurts, that's where we work.
I don't believe you necessarily need months or years to heal something just because you've carried it for a long time.
Sometimes the healing portion of our work takes 20 or 30 minutes.
Sometimes there are layers and we need more time.
Either way, my goal isn't to keep you in the healing process.
My goal is to help you heal.
What is a session actually like?
Honestly, it depends.
We get on the phone or zoom, take a few deep breaths, I say my opening, and then we go from there.
We'll talk about what's happening and what you want help with. I'll ask questions, listen, and often notice connections or deeper beliefs that you haven't been able to see on your own.
From there, I follow what comes up.
My work is intuitive, spiritual, and informed by my background in psychology and counseling.
Sometimes we spend more time talking.
Sometimes we go into healing work very quickly.
Sometimes you'll come in thinking we're going to work on one thing and discover that something completely different is underneath it.
You don't have to know what needs healing.
This is important.
You don't need to show up saying, "I have an abandonment wound from when I was six."
You can show up saying:
"I keep choosing the same kind of relationship and I don't know why."
"I know I'm successful, but I never feel like I'm enough."
"Something my mother did 30 years ago still affects me."
"I can't stop taking care of everyone."
"I've done so much work on this. Why is it still here?"
Or even:
"Something just feels off and I don't know what it is."
We can start there.
